Trying to leave

for the past year now I have been trying to leave the internet because I am addicted to it and to social media and to other things, I have been arguing with myself over whether you guys would be alright with it and well I don’t think you will mind but I want to leave because I know what it is like without it and it is very peaceful. I don’t know if this will be the last time I will be on here but well I do not have very many intentions of coming back, except to sometimes post my stop motions

Just leave.No good will be done for you if you stay for someone elses sake.They cant help you, help yourself, only you can do it.So leave, save yourself, there aint no future for people stuck on the internet.

Try doing it one social network at a time until it gets to a level you can handle, then keep it there. I managed to totally quit Twitter and Instagram, and I've been slowly weaning myself off Reddit. Maybe even try shifting over to more close-knit networks like Discord servers or old school forums.

There are too many networks out there and it can be hazardous to your health to be chronically online but it does help to stay connected to a few people and sources of information. No man is an island.

yes you guys are right and I have been using it more but sometimes I am still missing not using the internet at all very much
